I think I am going to switch my running days from Monday and Wednesday to Tuesday and Thursday. I did it last week, and it seemed to work well for me. I realized today that my body did not feel like running so soon after my long Saturday run. So I am going to give myself two days after a long run to make sure my legs feel fresh.
So that means I scrapped tonight's run and will do it tomorrow. I will ride the bike for 30 minutes instead.

You're on a stationary bike, right? I'm stuck on the bike for the next few weeks, 'til my knee heals, and I hate it. I get sooooo bored. The only way I can stand it is if I read while pedaling. I'm hoping the weather is nice enough this weekend that I can get on my bike outside....
