...screw it.
That's what I said to my workout tonight. I didn't have the energy or desire to use the bike like I had planned. So I relaxed instead. And watched TV. And I do not feel guilty about it (or at least I can pretend to not feel guilty).
Take that, bike! ;-)

Thats it, kick the bike to the curb. That thing did nothing for you, except make you sweat, burn fat, build muscle.
Nothing abnormal about that! There are many times that my body just says no when I am contemplating some exercise. You gotta get some rest sometimes, or you could get sick or injure yourself.
Hope there was some good stuff on the tube for you tonight!
