I have been dealing with a sore throat since yesterday and now I have phlegm and a slightly stuffy head. I think I have a cold. Thank goodness I'm getting it now and not a day or two before my race!
But since I'm not firing on all cylinders today, I have decided to make it a rest day. Tomorrow was supposed to be my rest day, but if I'm feeling better then I will make it a run day. And I will try to not feel guilty about it!! That's saying a lot, since I tend to feel super-guilty when I miss a workout. *sigh*
