I still managed a shortish run today, despite the fact my parents are here and the weather was rainy. Oh, and I was exhausted because Tim and I had a date last night (went to a concert) and didn't get to bed until 2 a.m. So my motivation was almost gone until I finally was able to talk myself into a four-miler. But I had to do it, as we went to Tim's parents' house for dinner tonight and I knew ahead of time I would want to pig out.
Tomorrow will be another busy day, as we will be going to Tim's grandmother's house for her Christmas celebration.
