Back to normal

So I feel much better than I did last week. Thank goodness. I was able to get back to my stationary bike/weight workouts tonight and it was nice. Being sick like I was last week is for the birds.

Today was my second anatomy quiz. We have quizzes every Monday. I got 19 points out of 20 on my first quiz last week. I think I did pretty well today, also. So far I really enjoy the class. But it is A LOT of memorization. I can't even tell you how much I have already learned about connective tissues! :-)

My first big test is next week. Wish me luck!!

Today's stats:
Strength training:
Overhead press, bicep curls, tricep curls, squats, toe raises, seated row, crunches: two sets of 12 reps each

Bike:
Distance: 9.11 miles
Time: 36 minutes

Glad you are getting back to normal. I'm on my way too, although not 100% yet. My hub is sick now, I am dreading that I am going to get it. Stay away!! :D

Great job on the connective tissues -- man does that bring back some memories. You are doing fantastic!
