I'm not training for a triathalon...

...but I'm really starting to dig these bike/running workouts I've started doing.

Tonight was only going to be a bike ride, but after my 30 minutes was done I was itchin' to do a little running. So I hopped on the old treadmill and ran one mile. It felt really good, surprisingly. I think I might just keep doing a ride/run workout once a week from now on.

Tonight's stats:

Bike:
Time: 30 minutes
Distance: 8.70 miles
Pace: 3.27 minute/mile

Run:
Distance: one mile
Time: 11:15
