Talk about a confidence booster!

I did it! I ran a 10K distance tonight -- and then some!

I was only planning on doing four miles, but just didn't feel like stopping. I kept running and running. Since I ran at a slower pace, I was able to go farther than before and not feel too tired in the end.

So now I know I can cover the 10K distance. And I know I can do it faster than tonight. I'm feeling pretty darn good about my upcoming race now!

Today's stats:
Distance: 6.5 miles!!!!
Time: 1 hour, 19 minutes, 59 seconds
Pace: 12:18 minute/mile
