Allergies. Ugh.

I am having a massive allergy attack today.

It actually started yesterday after my run. I have always had a history of horrible allergies, but sometimes they just totally kick my butt. I have been sneezing and my nose has been dripping since my run. And now my eyes are itching and my throat is sore from the irritation. Blah.

But I still managed an indoor bike ride today while Matty napped (Kara was watching cartoons). I did crank up the resistance a few notches, so it was a good workout. That is all I am doing today, since I'm feeling crummy. I hope the allergies ease up soon, especially since medicine isn't helping all that much.

Today's stats:
Bike ride:

Distance: 10 miles
Time: 37:40
Pace: 3:46 minute/mile

I totally love the look of running skirts because they (usually) have full bike shorts underneath. They are just an alternative to shorts. It's hard for me to find shorts that are lined like that. Target used to carry them but not anymore. So that is why I want one. Well I bought one already but it doesn't have pockets so it's not practical for me. The Target one has a zipper pocket in the back. The main thing I need a pocket for is my inhaler, btw. Every time I run without it I need a puff. As long as I have it on me I don't need it..I swear it's all in my head.
