Scrapped the outdoor run...

...for a treadmill one.

It was fairly good. I didn't go as fast as usual, since I don't do enough "slower" runs anymore to burn fat. Shame, shame. So I kept the pace between 11- and 11:30-minute miles. It felt pretty slow, and I think doing slower runs on the treadmill is definitely worse than faster ones. The time just doesn't seem to go fast enough!!! But I did it, and I am going to have dinner now.

Today's stats:
Distance: three miles running (3.7 total, with warm-up and cool-down)
Time: No idea how fast the run was. I did not keep track.

I'm with you, doing slow running on the treadmill is so much harder than running faster. Great job with it.
