Taking a short break

I have decided to take a couple days off from running to let my legs recover. Tim and I have a crap load of yard work to do this weekend, so that will keep me really busy anyway.

If I feel good, I will try to run on Sunday. If not, I will hold off until Monday at the earliest. But I definitely want to get back out there next week. Not running these past few days has been hard!

I will blog again after my next run (unless I deem it necessary to blog earlier, LOL!).

Hey babe I just found your blog - I also just started running in midJanuary for the fitness aspect of it and found myself getting addicted. Unfortunately there are not a lot of races in my area for me until then next few months for to try out that aspect of running but reading about your experiences makes me want to!

The pain in the hip will go away soon eneough. Just keep it iced 3 or 4 times a day. Take a few days off and pick up the pace again next week. Good luck.
