Today's stats:

Bike:
Time: 30 minutes
Distance: 7.58 miles
Pace: 3.57 minute/miles

Hmmmm. I think if you step outside your comfort zone, a sub-20 2 miler might be in the cards for you this weekend :-) And as far as the weight loss goes, I think its just taken a while for that "Winner" feeling to catch up with reality. You were a winner the moment you put on your running shoes the first time and stepped out the door. Funny how it works out like that for so many people. They see things in others that they can't or refuse to recognize in themselves. Keep up the great work, Michelle! You are a fabulous runner!!

Pushing a stroller is harder than running solo I would say. Great job. I am all about the adventure of running new routes. Keep it fresh right?!

I also read your post on the scale. I tend to onlt try to weigh once or twice a month. So many things factor in that number that you really can tell more by how your clothes fit than a number on a scale.

I must admit when the number is lower than I thought it does feel good!!

Have fun at your race!
